PACIFIC OCEAN (June 25, 2008) Chief Aviation Warfare Systems Operator Andrew Smith, of New Castle, Del., helps load water onto an SH-60F Seahawk assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 4 aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The water will be delivered to devastated areas in the Republic of the Philippines caused by Typhoon Fengshen. Ronald Reagan delivered 7,500 pounds of rice and more than 12,000 bottles of water. The Ronald Reagan Carrier Group (RRCSG) is supporting the government of the Republic of the Philippines to help provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief to victims of the typhoon.
