CNCHS 'TYPHOON FRANK' STUDENT ASSISTANCE FUND

PURPOSE OF FUND:
To provide financial grants to CNCHS students who were affected by Typhoon Frank.

AMOUNT OF GRANT:
P500, P1,500, or P2,000 per recipient.

SOURCE OF FUNDING:
Local and abroad Cabatuananons and other interested persons/entities who wish to contribute.

SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS:
Contributors may submit their own criteria or preference, or choose their own recipient. Otherwise, the school's screening committee will select the recipient based upon the following criteria:
1. Extent of damage
2. Financial need
3. Assistance/aid already availed
4. Purpose/project of the beneficiary
5. Certification from barangay captain that he/she is a flood victim and exent of damage, aside from personal interview by the committee

CNCHS SPECIAL COMMITTEE:
The school Principal, Mr. Jerome Gatungay, officially designated a special committee composed of Ms. Belen M. Huyo (Chair), Mrs. Nerissa Tormon Apelo (Co-Chair), Ms. Haydee M. Alvariño (Member), and Mrs. Maria Zelpha Caspe Carmelo (Member) to receive contributions, to screen and select recipients, and to provide the grants.

For transparency purposes, a list of contributors and their corresponding recipients will be posted on this webpage. The official list will be provided by the CNCHS Special Committee.

WANT TO BE A CONTRIBUTOR?

1. Contribution is P2,000 per contributing individual. Your contribution will be matched with a specific recipients as mentioned earlier.

2. Please send your contribution to your family or local representative in Cabatuan, and request them to bring it to the Guidance Counselor's office at CNCHS, to either Ms. Belen Huyo or Mrs. Nerissa Apelo. Please have them include a note that it is for the CNCHS Typhoon Frank Student Assistance Fund as posted at CNCHS.com, that it came from you (name of the contributor) and your special criteria or preference if any.

3. Contributors who wish to be anonymous may contribute in the name of their school batch, their section, their family, or other groups/individuals/entities as the contributor prefers.
