KATEKESIS SA LITURHIYA:
Ano ang mga kagamitan nga ginabutang sa credence table?
Ang kagamitan nga ginabutang sa credence table amo ang mga masunod: kalis, ang pall, ang patena upod ang mga linens, ang ciborium, ang daku kag gagmay nga mga ostyas, ang cruets, ang missal stand ukon cushion kag ang lavabo.
Ano ang kalis?
Ang kalis amo ang balaan nga sulodlan sa diin ang bino ginakonsagi-ahan sa Santos nga Misa. Upod sa patena ini nga mga sulodIan ginahatagan sing daku nga kadungganan kag nagakabagay nga pagtahod tungod kay amo ini ang sulodlan sang Lawas kag Dugo sang aton manluluwas.

Transformed and sent to transform
That which they received (the Body of Christ), they are called to become. The Eucharist has an intrinsic missionary dimension on account of its institution. For at the Last Supper, not only did Christ take the bread and the cup of wine for these to become life-giving bread and saving cup. He also washed the feet of his disciples which he had bade them to do to one another (Cf. Jn 13:14). Their washing one another's feet in humble and loving service will have to be a mirror of Christ's entire life of service and mission. Transformed by their encounter with the Lord in his Word and his Body into people of service and charity, the faithful are sent to transform their communities into living and life-giving fellowship. The Eucharist realizes its nature and purpose when it transforms places and people into communities of love and service.

ABSTINENCE: To refrain from eating meat or poultry, which includes sauces and soups made from their juices. It does not, however, affect the quantity of food we r-nay take on days of abstinence. All Catholics who have attained the use of reason, which is commonly seven years of age, are bound by the law of abstinence, unless otherwise dispensed. The law of abstinence is abrogated whenever a Holy Day of Obligation falls on a day of abstinence.
FAST: In keeping with the obligation of doing penance in reparation for our many sins, the Church also obliges us to fast on certain days throughout the year. All persons over eighteen [it used to be twenty-one] and under fifty-nine years of age must fast, unless their health prevents them from doing so. This means that on a fast day, they may have only one principal or full meal, and two smaller snacks. They may eat meat at this principal meal, except on days of abstinence. At the two smaller snacks, they may not have meat, but they may take sufficient food to maintain their strength. However, these two smaller snacks together should be less than a full meal. Eating between meals is not permitted; but liquids, including milk and fruit juices, may be taken at any time on a fast day. The Traditional days of fast are:
