TATTERED FLAGS: A row of tattered flags in Kalibo, Aklan serves as a grim reminder of the enormous effort and resources required to rebuild the province and the whole of Western Visayas from the destruction of typhoon "Frank". He expressed full faith in the resiliency of his region as he continued to embark on relief operations to help his region. Roxas urged the government to speed up its relief efforts and provide seeds, fertilizers, and credit to affected farmers in all calamity areas.
